Need advice, a medication refill, or help with forms? Established patients can text our triage staff directly at (984) 999-3957. Texting is a secure and efficient way to reach us without waiting on hold.

Request an Appointment through the Patient Portal

Starting September 29, 2025, current patients can submit non-urgent appointment requests through our Athena Patient Portal. Please allow 2–3 business days for staff to review and respond.

As we transition to Athena, you may still need to use Relimed for certain tasks. Both portals are available on the Patient Portal page so you can access whichever system is needed.

Important: If your child needs a same-day or urgent sick visit, please call our office directly at (984) 999-3957 instead of using either portal.

Patient Portal

Starting September 29, 2025, the Athena Patient Portal is the primary way to securely manage your child’s health information. As we transition, you may still need to use Relimed for some tasks. Both Athena and Relimed can be accessed from our Patient Portal page Through the portal, you can:

• View visit summaries, lab and procedure results, and immunizations

• Request medication refills, forms, or medical records

• Send secure messages to your child’s care team

• Review your child’s medical history and vitals

To set up access to Athena, please contact our office and we’ll send you an invitation. If you already have a login, you can click here or use the Athena mobile app.

Pay a Bill

Pay securely online anytime using the Pay Bill option in the Athena portal.
